Two Riverside Residents Charged with Vandalism in Huntington Beach

Byron Ferrer, 21 of Lake Elsinore and Jorge Penaloza, 24 of Temecula were arrested by Huntington Beach police for suspicion of felony vandalism. Both suspects were alleged seen tagging more than 20 locations in downtown Huntington Beach.

According to officials, residents were reporting the incidents as the happened allowing the police helicopter to get in the air and find the men until police units could arrive. No information has been provided to indicate what the tagging will cost residents.
