Posted by Courtney Pilchman | Mar 08, 2012 | 0 Comments

Scott Andrew Christensen, is in trial on charges he committed lewd acts on several boys while working at The Learning Connection, in Rancho Santa Margarita. Orange County jurors heard evidence via a videotaped interview of one 6-year-old boy describing Christensen putting his hands down the child's pants during a movie where the lights were out.

Christensen is charged with three felony counts of lewd act on a child, with sentencing enhancements for substantial sexual conduct with a child. He is also charged with enhancements for committing sex acts on more than one child. If convicted, Christensen faces 45 years to life in prison.

Christensen's Orange County criminal defense attorney argued that the incidents could not have occurred as alleged because multiple people were present.
