Kenneth Prevatte, of Long Beach was killed while riding his bike on PCH near Sunset Beach. Huntington Beach Police Department responded to the busy highway amid reports of an accident. When they arrived, Prevatte was already dead.

Huntington Beach Police arrested Becki James, 58, of Huntington Beach for suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or driving under the influence of alcohol. Police continue to investigate and no word on if James posted bail or when her court appearance will be.
