Seal Beach Shooting Suspect Pleads Not Guilty

The man accused of killing eight people in a Seal Beach hair salon pleaded not guilty at his arraignment today. Scott Dekraai appeared in chains and an orange jumpsuit along with his public defender in Orange County Superior Court.

If convicted, Dekraai can face death in the multiple count felony indictment. OCDA Rackauckas hopes to get this case to trial within a year to help achieve closure for the family of the victims.
