Orange County Sheriff's deputies were called out to Serra Catholic Preschool in Ladera Ranch after a witness reported seeing a man with his hands down his pants, watching the children enter the school grounds. The witness described the suspect as Wiheimino Gatbonton, 73 who upon being interviewed, admitted to being in the parking lot of the school.

Deputies arrested Gatbonton on charges of committing a lewd act in front of children and booked him in the Orange County Jail. According to jail records, Gatbonton has posted bond. No court appearance date known at this time.
