Orange County Deputy District Attorney Tony Ferrentino hails a young dance student as a hero for confiscating a video camera hidden in the Aliso Viejo bathroom of her dance teacher. The child found the camera while using the dance instructo,r Jason Marian's restroom and wrapped it in her towel and took it home to show her parents.

Marian is accused of placing the camera under the sink and taping the dance students age 12-14 who were at his house for a pool party. Marian allegedly encouraged the children to use the restroom to change out of their wet bathing suits. As a result of the investigation, authorities also learned of potential sexual assaults of a 16-year-old female.

Marian is currently charged with ten felonies including using a minor for sex acts, unlawful sex acts with a minor, possession of child pornography and a misdemeanor secretly taping another with intent to arouse. If convicted, Marian faces up to nine years in prison.
