RESULT:  Bail reduced to $100k at first court hearing.  Filed pre-trial motions suppressing search warrant.  Motion granted and evidence suppressed.  After losing the suppression motion, the DA dismissed all charges.

CASE: 
Client charged with sexually assaulting multiple patients.  California Medical Board filed temporary injunction to revoke license pending Accusation conclusion.
RESULT:  Defense prevailed and administrative law judge did not revoke license pending Accusation.

CASE: 
Client charged with multiple misdemeanor convictions, including substance abuse.
RESULT:  Stipulated agreement where Client did not have his license suspended.

CASE:  Client charged with felony domestic violence.  California Medical Board began an independent investigation.
RESULT: Got all charges dismissed and CMB investigation closed.

RESULT:  Stipulated agreement to Accusation which did not include sexual misconduct.  Client did not lose their medical license.

RESULT:  Stipulated agreement with hospital and no medical board notification.

CASE:  CMB filed an accusation alleging Client self-prescribed thousands of narcotics for personal use.  Client had already been through the physician impairment monitoring program previously.
RESULT:  Client stipulated to a settlement where he can continue practicing and prescribing.

CASE: Client arrested for felony domestic violence and related charges.
RESULT:  Entire case dismissed on all charges.

CASE:  Client charged with two counts of battery.
RESULT:  Negotiated dismissal with district attorney's office.
